Courts Martial

Andrew’s first experience of Courts Martial was in Shorncliffe in 1994.

The Soldier on trial then was a member of the Black Watch, his crime committed serving with the British Army in Hong Kong.

Much has changed since 1994.

Hong Kong is now part of The Peoples Republic of China,

The Black Watch Regiment consigned to history.

The partnership is based 2 miles from Aldershot, the home of the British Army.

RAF

RAF Odiham is just down the road.

NAVY

The home of the British Navy is just 40 minutes away on the south coast at Portsmouth.

Further afield, the firm regularly assist forces personnel serving overseas, recently advising in Germany, Cyprus, Gibralter and Fort Bastion,(telephone advice given, they would not fly Andrew out to Afghanistan)

The firm regularly represent members of the armed forces, in interviews and at the Court Martial Centres at Bulford and elsewhere.

The firm is authorised to cover ‘Armed Service’ interviews, and remand hearings in front of the Judge Advocate free of charge under its contract with the LAA.
