Complaints Procedure
The Partnerships written ‘Complaints Policy’ can be supplied on request.
If any client has any issue regarding the services the firm has provided, he or she is welcome to contact our Practice Manager Julie Ferguson on 01252 344311 who will investigate any concerns raised in accordance with the Partnership written ‘Complaints Policy’. Any complaints regarding Julie Ferguson should be directed to Andrew Purkiss.
Legal Ombudsman
If any client remains dissatisfied at the conclusion of any complaints investigation undertaken he or she may apply to the Legal Ombudsman, any such referral should ordinarily be made within 6 months of the conclusion of the relevant matter.
