Every client, at the conclusion of a case, is sent a ‘Feedback Questionnaire’ encouraging them to comment upon the services the firm, and if relevant Counsel, has provided.

As Partners, June and I are pleased that we often receive written letters and cards of thanks praising individual staff members and the team as a whole.
